ALONG THE SHORELINE
WRITTEN BY: J.R HILTON

SUNBEAMS HANGING FROM THE TREES
CURTAINS STIRRING IN A BREEZE
THE WATERS GENTLE RHYTHM
LAPPING AT THE SHORE
DAYS GO SLOW AND BEG FOR MORE
THE MOON HANGS HIGH ABOVE THE SEA
PEACEFUL SERENITY
A BECKONING SKY HOLDS MY FASCINATION
MY SPIRIT FLIES AS STARS BEGIN TO FALL
MOONBEAMS WATCH IT ALL
TO THE EARLY GLOW OF DAWN
ALL ALONG THE SHORELINE
NOTHING BUT SUNSHINE
BOATS RIDING ON THE ROLLING WAVES
FEELS LIKE FREEDOM TASTES THE SAME
LOOKS LIKE HEAVEN CAME HERE TO STAY
LEAVING IS NOT AN OPTION I CAN ENTERTAIN
DO I REALLY HAVE TO EXPLAIN
WHAT'S SO PLAIN TO SEE
MAGIC SPELL BINDING HAS GOT A HOLD ON ME
HELD FAST IN THIS SERENITY
SENSES FILLED TO CAPACITY
NIGHT COMES SOFTLY FALLING
CALLING THE END OF DAY
AS THE WESTERN GLOW FADES AWAY
STARS GATHER IN A MOON KISSED SKY
THE MYSTICAL FEEL OF IT ALL
THE MAGICAL ASPECT COME TO CALL
SO MUCH TO TAKE IN
IN SO LITTLE TIME
I'LL BE BACK TOMORROW LOOKING FOR A SIGN
MEANT JUST FOR ME
I CAN HEAR IT ALL SPEAKING TO ME
NOW I KNOW I UNDERSTAND
WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A FREE MAN
THE TIDE AS IT TURNS
BACK TO THE SEA
I CAN FEEL IT PULLING ME
TO THE DEEP BLACKNESS
WASHED BY THE MOON
BENEATH A STARRY SKY
BUT I'M NOT FINISHED HERE I'M NOT READY
TO SAY GOODBYE
SO MUCH SWEETNESS
I'M GATHERING ALL I CAN
DAWN BEGINS TO BREAK AGAIN
LEAVING IT'S MARK ON MY CONSCIOUSNESS
ALL ALONG THE SHORELINE
NOTHING BUT SUNSHINE
