REMEMBER THAT ?

My, how time passes seamlessly to a generation. From half day preschool memories of coming home to the farm for lunch and my favorite meal was on offer.
Beans and Wieners with a dash of molasses, brown sugar and vinegar; To getting bullied in public school a lot. Until I made a firm stand at the end of my reign of patience and peaceful personality.
That was the only way to deal with bullies back then.

I remember : The milk man's delivery truck driving up to the house to deliver milk in glass bottles.
The fuel truck pulling in to fill the oil tanks.
The coal truck making a delivery.
The Fuller Brush Man salesman trying to sell us his curious wares.
The many wonderful dogs we had over the years.
The incredible feeling it was to hold my one and only son in my arms, only minutes after I watched him being delivered.
Feeding a squirrel that came to our kitchen window every day for years.
The excitement of Christmas Eve when I was Five.
The defiant mood that took over when asked to stop playing outside for the night.
Walking down sidewalks covered in June Bugs.
Church and more Church. Drive In Church.. Groan !
Having more Energy than I could use in a day.
My first Cigarette, Cigar and Beer.
First real Girlfriend. That sounds suspect.
